● Check-in: from 3:00 PM. Please let us know your expected arrival time at least one day in advance so we can prepare for your arrival. If you plan to arrive outside of check-in hours, kindly inform us in advance; you can do this when booking or contact us directly via WhatsApp on the day of your arrival. For early check-in requests, please contact management via WhatsApp (extra charges apply).
● Check-out: from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the latest. If you need to check out earlier, please contact management via WhatsApp for all instructions.
● Non-refundable rate: this rate requires full payment at the time of booking and cannot be refunded in case of cancellation.
● Cancellations:
For the standard refundable rate, cancellations are free up to 30 days before arrival. From 29 to 7 days before arrival, a 50% cancellation fee applies. Within 7 days of arrival, in case of no-show or early departure, a 100% cancellation fee applies.
● Children and extra beds: children of all ages are welcome. From 0 to 3 years old, a cot is available upon request at an additional cost of €15/day. From 3 years and older, an extra bed is available upon request at €40/person/night.
● The maximum number of extra beds and cots depends on the chosen accommodation. Please check your room to confirm its maximum capacity. Extra beds and cots are subject to availability.
● Pets: if you are bringing your four-legged friend, please notify us in advance and ensure your pet does not pose any risk to other guests or to Hugo and Kite, our dogs. We can provide suggestions for veterinarians, pet stores with grooming services, and pet-friendly beaches. An additional fee of €20/day applies for pets.
● In-room entertainment: our rooms do not have TVs, but you will find a selection of books in the shared area of our green house to keep you company throughout your stay.
